Le beurre Bordier
Gaëlle prepares buckwheat crêpes au Beurre Bordier, different flavors.
For example: Bordier churn butter of olive oil and lemon or garlic and herbs Szechuan pepper butter, or vanilla butter for wheat pancakes.
“Without cows, nothing would be possible. The milk for making Bordier butter is collected from both organic farms and sustainable agriculture, located in the Bretons and Normans terroirs. In summer, each farm pays particular attention to its cows’ outdoor pasture. In winter cows are fed with excellent fodder from ventilated dryers that preserve the quality of lucerne.”
