Heart-winning for the creperie Saint-Marc

Gaëlle Prieur is from a family of crepe maker. Born in Saint-Malo, she worked in the family creperie in Larmor-Plage (56), then, still in the family, on the shores of Lake Geneva at Saint-Gingolph the mid-town French, half-Swiss.

Then, Gaëlle moved to Roudouallec for two years and decided to return to town, two years ago, taking over the creperie Saint-Marc. « A crush on this building, the oldest creperie in Quimper » says Gaelle Prieur.

«I am very keen to please my customers by offering a traditional menu but adding my personal touch in speciality.
I use products from local artisans, flour comes from the Moulin de l’Ecluse in Pont-L’Abbé, eggs, cream, butter or cider are farmers and originally named on the menu ». The creperie also displays exhibitions by local artists.
